£25 per property
The fee covers advertisement from when a property is listed online until March/April of the following year unless the landlord requests an earlier removal.
Detailed Description
Code of Standards, property details, Inventory and Landlords checklist forms found on our website page to download in PDF format, must be signed, dated and returned to the College. When the forms have been received your property will be advertised and you will receive an e-mail advising you of your username and password.
Alternatively you can download these forms by logging back into your account on our online store once the purchase has been completed.
