> Course One: Be Seen and Heard in the Workplace

Improve your ability to communicate with clarity and impact.

Aimed at managers and leaders in business, using the techniques of coaches, and theatre practitioners,  these introductory day workshops will look at voice, breath, and body language. We will look at what prevents us from communicating clearly and with confidence, and teach you how to increase your presence and impact. This 1-day course is for anyone who wants to communicate more effectively in the workplace.

> Course Two: Pitching and Presenting

Learn how to speak to groups with confidence and ease.

We will look at managing nerves, using breath, and maximising influence through your body language and mindset. Each participant will have the opportunity to learn new skills and put them into practice with their own presentation. The course is aimed at those with business to promote, including internal and external projects – anyone who needs to take their personal or corporate brand to the next level.
