This facility enables you to pay your student accommodation deposit. Rent payments will also be made on our online shop, however the webpage will be communicated in your welcome pack closer to the time.

Accommodation Deposit: £300 Deposit + Non refundable £50 Booking Fee


Rent Payment Schedule:

Term 1 rent is due by 3 October 2022

Term 2 rent is due by 2 January 2023

Term 3 rent is due by 3 April 2023 (if applicable)

Please ensure that you pay your accommodation fees promptly by the due dates specified.

If you are making Payment in Full, this is due by 3 October 2021.

About Christoper Court

Christopher Court was built in Sidcup in 2015 for students of the Rose Bruford College and is only 10 minutes’ walk from the College. It is also opposite Sidcup station so central London is only 30 minutes away by train.

There’s a Costa Coffee right next door and Station Road is full of cafes and take away places, most of which offer student discounts. Sidcup has everything you need: shops, a leisure centre, cinema, pubs, restaurants and lovely parks and green spaces.
